IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Portland, OR)

Stonegate Harbor Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Portland area, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
