IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Phoenix, AZ)

Silverline Fox Property Management Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
