IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Phoenix, AZ)

Clearpath Pine Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Phoenix, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
