IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Phoenix, AZ)

Nova Cross Health is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
