IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Phoenix, AZ)

Ironwood Orchard Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Phoenix. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
