IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Phoenix, AZ)

Fernwood Field Community Partners is a nonprofit in Phoenix supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
