IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Orlando, FL)

Clearpath Yarrow Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Orlando area, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
