IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Omaha, NE)

Foxglove Vista Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Omaha region. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
