IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Omaha, NE)

Rivermark Cross Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Omaha with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
