IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Omaha, NE)

Lumen Rook Manufacturing Group is a Omaha manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
