IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Omaha, NE)

Greenridge Drift Legal Group is a Omaha practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
