IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Oklahoma City, OK)

Westbrook River Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Oklahoma City. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
