IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Markets and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
