IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Oakland, CA)

Lumen Quarry Energy Group is an energy provider in Oakland focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
