IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Oakland, CA)

Stonegate Yarrow Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Oakland, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
