IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Nashville, TN)

Ironwood North Learning Group Partners is an education provider in Nashville serving students and families, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
