IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Nashville, TN)

Clearpath Loom Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Nashville area. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 619 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
