IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Nashville, TN)

Nova Summit Property Management is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 338 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
