IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Nashville, TN)

Highbridge Linden Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Nashville. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
