IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Nashville, TN)

Ironwood Drift Hospitality is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
