IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Nashville, TN)

Foxglove Sparrow Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Nashville, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
