IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Maple Markets and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
