IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Minneapolis, MN)

Stonegate Iron Learning Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 920 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
