IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Minneapolis, MN)

Foxglove Bridge Facilities looks after properties across the Minneapolis region. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
