IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Minneapolis, MN)

Foxglove Harbor Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Minneapolis region, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
