IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Pine Markets Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
