IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Miami, FL)

Foxglove Cedar Health runs clinics and patient services around Miami. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
