IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Miami, FL)

Bluepeak Quill Arts Center is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
