IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Miami, FL)

Ironwood Corner Markets is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 78 people based in Miami. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
