IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Memphis, TN)

Highbridge Rowan Legal Group Partners is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for document review, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
