IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Louisville, KY)

Stonegate Bright Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Louisville. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
