IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Louisville, KY)

Bright Ivory Health Partners provides primary and specialty care in Louisville. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
