IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Forge Environmental Services Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
