IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Little Rock, AR)

Bluepeak Umber Banking Services Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
