IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Silverline Systems and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 8 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
