IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Little Rock, AR)

Rivermark Clear Freight is a Little Rock logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
