IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Little Rock, AR)

Greenridge River Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Little Rock, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
