IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Little Rock, AR)

Westbrook Kestrel Staffing places workers with employers around Little Rock. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
