IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Little Rock, AR)

Summit Mill Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Little Rock. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
