IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Little Rock, AR)

Cedar Haven Insurance Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 936 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
