IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Bright Community Partners runs community programmes across Little Rock. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
