IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Basin Health and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
