IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Vale Staffing and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 870 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
