IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Las Vegas, NV)

Harborlight River Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Las Vegas region, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 696 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with timekeeping. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
