IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Field Manufacturing Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 139 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
