IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Knoxville, TN)

Silverline Lakeside Banking Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
