IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Knoxville, TN)

Amberfield Granite Staffing Group connects candidates and employers across the Knoxville region. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with timekeeping. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
