IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Cross Hospitality Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
