IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Jacksonville, FL)

Bluepeak Maple Construction is a Jacksonville contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
