IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Nova Rowan Legal Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 526 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
